Video generation or credit issues
Include the task reference if available, the selected model, when the problem occurred, and the error message or a screenshot. If a task is still pending, say so. A temporary connection error is not the same as a confirmed failed generation.
Never send passwords or API keys. Share private reference images only when they are necessary to explain the issue and you are comfortable sharing them through email.
Billing and subscriptions
Include your order reference, purchase date and a short explanation of the request. Never send full card numbers or payment security codes. Review pricing and credit information and the service terms for the applicable conditions.
Privacy and content concerns
Use the same support email for privacy questions, removal requests or concerns about content. Identify the relevant page or task and explain your request. See our privacy policy for data-handling information.
Corrections to our guides
Send the guide URL, the passage that appears incorrect and, if possible, a supporting source or the behavior you observed. Our content maintenance team can use this information to investigate the discrepancy.
