Terms of Service

Using SnapGen AI

These terms govern your use of SnapGen AI's website and video generation service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. You must be at least 18 and of legal majority where you live. If using the service for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@snapgenai.io. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these terms.

Video generation

The service generates short videos from text or starting images using third-party AI services, including Fal and available Veo models. Supported settings, availability, and processing time can change. AI outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or material similar to other outputs. We do not guarantee a particular result, uniqueness, factual accuracy, or suitability for a specific use. Review every result before publishing or relying on it.

Use of provider-backed features is also subject to applicable model terms and restrictions, including the relevant Fal terms. These terms do not grant rights that a provider or rights holder has not granted.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in your uploaded content. You must have the rights and consents needed to upload images, prompts, likenesses, and other material, and to use the results. You grant us and the providers involved the permissions necessary to process, transmit, store, and deliver that content for the service.

Any rights in generated output depend on applicable law and the relevant model terms. We do not promise exclusive copyright, clearance of third-party rights, or unrestricted commercial use. Check these matters before using outputs in advertising or other commercial work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal content, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, harmful impersonation, harassment, or infringement of copyright, privacy, or other rights. Do not upload malware, bypass security or billing controls, access another user's data, or disrupt the service. Clearly identify synthetic content where required by law or the platform on which you publish it.

Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

The applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, included credits, and any credit validity period are shown with the offer and at checkout. Review them before purchase. Subscriptions renew as disclosed until canceled; cancellation normally stops future renewals rather than refunding an already billed period, subject to mandatory rights and the purchased offer.

Each new generation uses the credit amount displayed for its model and settings. Credits are deducted when a task is created. When a task is confirmed failed or canceled by the service, its deducted credits are returned; a temporary delay is not a confirmed failure. A successfully completed result that does not match your creative preference is not automatically a failed task. Contact support if the status or balance appears incorrect.

Credits are service usage units, not money or a cash balance. For purchase errors, duplicate charges, cancellation help, or refund requests, email support@snapgenai.io with your order reference. Refund eligibility depends on the purchased offer, the circumstances, and applicable consumer law. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation or refund rights.

Public gallery and storage

Generating content does not automatically publish it. Administrators may curate generated videos into the public gallery. By using the generation service under these terms, you permit us to display selected outputs and their public titles in the gallery and retain a separate archival copy. Your private prompt and account email are not included in the public listing. Contact support with the relevant link to request removal or raise a rights concern.

Featured archives have no automatic expiration. Unfeaturing removes public display but does not itself delete the archive; deleting an original task or account does not automatically remove the separate copy. Permanent archiving describes our retention setting, not a guarantee of uninterrupted hosting or indefinite service operation. Provider delivery links for ordinary outputs may expire. Download and keep your own copies.

Availability, responsibility, and termination

We may change features or suspend access for maintenance, provider issues, security, or violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material service changes. You may stop using the service and contact support for account closure; cancel recurring billing separately when applicable. Necessary billing, security, legal, and archival records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for indirect losses from use of the service where exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains information processing. We may revise these terms and will update the date and provide notice where required. For questions, billing issues, privacy requests, or content complaints, contact support@snapgenai.io.
